Dr Arnone has helped me extensively. Twenty-two months ago I could not walk because of extreme lower-back pain.
Other conditions included: degenerative arthritis, fibromyalgia, and sciatic nerve problems.
Because of his specific skill in Upper Cervical Correction and bone and spinal alignment, I again enjoy LIFE at 79 years.
Some pain still exists, but now I am an "on-the-go" woman!
I thank the Lord for bringing Dr. Arnone to my rescue.

Dr Arnone has been a big blessing to me and my family by helping my body start to heal itself. About 6 months ago I began experiencing significant neck and chest pain along with much dizziness and lack of ability to focus on tasks and my work. I was having difficulty driving, especially at night, related to the dizziness. I was having difficulty sleeping related to the neck pain.
I first contacted my PCP and informed him of my symptoms. He immediately had me go to the ER for the chest pain symptoms thinking it was cardio related. After several hours in the ER, a chest x-ray and blood work, I was released with an all-clear diagnosis.
Another follow-up visit to the PCP, since I was still having symptoms, sent me off to get 2 MRI's of my neck and head plus a stress test and full blood work. Again, these tests showed I was in very "good" health and another all-clear. But the symptoms still persisted. The PCP's next step was to send me to see the neurologist. I was hesitant to go that route.
The dizziness symptoms got so bad that we had to cancel a Christmas trip to Kansas City mid-trip. At this point, I couldn't even drive in the daytime and couldn't travel as a passenger very well either. We sought advice from family members, friends, and information from the web. We decided to go the route of an ENT to test for vertigo and a general chiropractor for the neck pain.
The chiropractor found my neck to be quite damaged from years of problems and I started several sessions of neck and other "adjustments." Each and every visit included a neck "adjustment." After 4 visits the neck pain was really not getting any better. The dizziness remained the same throughout.
Meanwhile, the ENT found I didn't have any vertigo symptoms and recommended a balancing exam to test for vestibular/inner ear balancing problems. Low and behold they found that I had a significant vestibular weakness on my right side. This was likely causing the dizziness and difficulty in concentrating and focusing.
They scheduled me for 4 visits with a specialized physical therapist to correct the vestibular weakness. I started that therapy and saw some improvement with the dizziness. They could not however, identify the cause of the weakness, and still the neck pain persisted.
Enter Dr Arnone. My wife was discussing my situation with a friend who used to live in the St Louis area. We discovered that she had similar symptoms in the past and swore by an Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractor. She said there was one in St Louis. We had never heard of this type of doctor. Under her guidance, we found Dr Arnone and scheduled an appointment.
While still working through the vestibular therapy, Dr Arnone did a very thorough analysis of my situation in a very scientific manner. I was very impressed with his care and approach to the assessment and treatment. He was much more thorough and analytical compared to the general chiropractor.
After his complete assessment and explanation of findings, on the second visit he did One Upper Cervical Adjustment. I started feeling improvement in my neck right away although not completely relieved. I finished my vestibular therapy successfully but was still having some symptoms of dizziness.
What was really impressive to me was that Dr Arnone called me over the weekend after the first adjustment to ensure I was doing good and if I had any problems. You just don't get this kind of attention anymore.
The first adjustment held for about a month then I needed another adjustment. After a little over a month since my second adjustment, I can happily say that my neck pain is gone and all my dizziness and concentration symptoms are gone as well. Thank you Dr Arnone.
My wife and family are really happy as well as we can do activities that I was unable to do while going through these symptoms. Moreover, what's also great is that I can now work in the garden all day on the weekends planting and weeding without experiencing the back pain I used to have. Fantastic!
I am continuing treatment as I still have a ways to go to get my neck back to health. Dr Arnone's treatment and care are tremendous. He is very thorough and explains what he is doing and why to educate his patients. I've begun recommending Dr Arnone to my co-workers.
I recommend him to you as well.

I wasn't looking for a new chiropractor when I found Dr Arnone. I had a chiropractor in whom I trusted for many years. He had mainly helped me through his other alternative therapies. Yet, in the last couple of years I felt that we were missing something. So, I was looking, but not for a new chiropractor.
I didn't know I had an Upper Cervical problem. Then my symptoms of fatigue and endometriosis started to get worse. I prayed to God to help me find the best way to solve these problems. Shortly after that I found Dr Arnone (doing Free Posture Screenings at The Natural Way in Creve Coeur). I had never heard of an Upper Cervical Chiropractor but everything that he said about it made sense, so I agreed to try his care.
Within a week of my first adjustment I felt much better. Especially with my endometriosis symptoms. Gone were all the aches and pains in my abdomen and my fatigue was better too!
I was astonished!
I am still under his care because I know even though I had some immediate results that it's going to take some time for my body to realign and heal itself.
