Dr Arnone has helped me extensively.  Twenty-two months ago I could not walk because of extreme lower-back pain

Other conditions included: degenerative arthritis, fibromyalgia, and sciatic nerve problems.

Because of his specific skill in Upper Cervical Correction and bone and spinal alignment, I again enjoy LIFE at 79 years.

Some pain still exists, but now I am an "on-the-go" woman!

I thank the Lord for bringing Dr. Arnone to my rescue.

Dr Arnone has been a big blessing to me and my family by helping my body start to heal itself.  About 6 months ago I began experiencing significant neck and chest pain along with much dizziness and lack of ability to focus on tasks and my work.  I was having difficulty driving, especially at night, related to the dizziness.  I was having difficulty sleeping related to the neck pain.

I first contacted my PCP and informed him of my symptoms.  He immediately had me go to the ER for the chest pain symptoms thinking it was cardio related.  After several hours in the ER, a chest x-ray and blood work, I was released with an all-clear diagnosis.

Another follow-up visit to the PCP, since I was still having symptoms, sent me off to get 2 MRI's of my neck and head plus a stress test and full blood work.  Again, these tests showed I was in very "good" health and another all-clear.  But the symptoms still persisted.  The PCP's next step was to send me to see the neurologist.  I was hesitant to go that route.

The dizziness symptoms got so bad that we had to cancel a Christmas trip to Kansas City mid-trip. At this point, I couldn't even drive in the daytime and couldn't travel as a passenger very well either.  We sought advice from family members, friends, and information from the web.  We decided to go the route of an ENT to test for vertigo and a general chiropractor for the neck pain.

The chiropractor found my neck to be quite damaged from years of problems and I started several sessions of neck and other "adjustments."  Each and every visit included a neck "adjustment."  After 4 visits the neck pain was really not getting any better.  The dizziness remained the same throughout.

Meanwhile, the ENT found I didn't have any vertigo symptoms and recommended a balancing exam to test for vestibular/inner ear balancing problems.  Low and behold they found that I had a significant vestibular weakness on my right side.  This was likely causing the dizziness and difficulty in concentrating and focusing.

They scheduled me for 4 visits with a specialized physical therapist to correct the vestibular weakness.  I started that therapy and saw some improvement with the dizziness.  They could not however, identify the cause of the weakness, and still the neck pain persisted.

Enter Dr Arnone.  My wife was discussing my situation with a friend who used to live in the St Louis area.  We discovered that she had similar symptoms in the past and swore by an Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractor.  She said there was one in St Louis.  We had never heard of this type of doctor.  Under her guidance, we found Dr Arnone and scheduled an appointment.

While still working through the vestibular therapy, Dr Arnone did a very thorough analysis of my situation in a very scientific manner.  I was very impressed with his care and approach to the assessment and treatment.  He was much more thorough and analytical compared to the general chiropractor.

After his complete assessment and explanation of findings, on the second visit he did One Upper Cervical Adjustment.  I started feeling improvement in my neck right away although not completely relieved.  I finished my vestibular therapy successfully but was still having some symptoms of dizziness.

What was really impressive to me was that Dr Arnone called me over the weekend after the first adjustment to ensure I was doing good and if I had any problems.  You just don't get this kind of attention anymore.

The first adjustment held for about a month then I needed another adjustment.  After a little over a month since my second adjustment,  I can happily say that my neck pain is gone and all my dizziness and concentration symptoms are gone as well.  Thank you Dr Arnone.

My wife and family are really happy as well as we can do activities that I was unable to do while going through these symptoms.  Moreover, what's also great is that I can now work in the garden all day on the weekends planting and weeding without experiencing the back pain I used to have.  Fantastic!

I am continuing treatment as I still have a ways to go to get my neck back to health.  Dr Arnone's treatment and care are tremendous.  He is very thorough and explains what he is doing and why to educate his patients.  I've begun recommending Dr Arnone to my co-workers.

I recommend him to you as well.

I wasn't looking for a new chiropractor when I found Dr Arnone. I had a chiropractor in whom I trusted for many years. He had mainly helped me through his other alternative therapies. Yet, in the last couple of years I felt that we were missing something. So, I was looking, but not for a new chiropractor.

I didn't know I had an Upper Cervical problem. Then my symptoms of fatigue and endometriosis started to get worse. I prayed to God to help me find the best way to solve these problems. Shortly after that I found Dr Arnone (doing Free Posture Screenings at The Natural Way in Creve Coeur). I had never heard of an Upper Cervical Chiropractor but everything that he said about it made sense, so I agreed to try his care.

Within a week of my first adjustment I felt much better. Especially with my endometriosis symptoms. Gone were all the aches and pains in my abdomen and my fatigue was better too!

I was astonished!

I am still under his care because I know even though I had some immediate results that it's going to take some time for my body to realign and heal itself.

"I had a problem with arm weakness and numbness occurring along the outside of the hands. That has resolved itself. I had a period of dizziness and issues with balance and those also have disappeared. The most surprising thing to me is on my last medical doctors visit, I, in my sixties, was three-eighths of an inch taller. I have never been this tall. I noticed I sit straighter in the chair. This is after a total of only 3 adjustments over four months. PS In addition, after having a checkup with my medical doctor my PSA was elevated to 4.1. I declined having a biopsy as recommended (at $5,000.00 cost). 4 months later at my next PSA test, I was a 3.1 well within range now."

"In twenty three years my medical doctors havent been able to do what Dr. Arnone & Upper Cervical has done for me in two and a half months. I am amazed by the changes taking place in my body. I am no longer taking the pain pills I had been taking every eight hours. I am regaining some of the mobility on the paralyzed side of my body, the result of a brain hemmorhage. I had all but forgotten the hot flashes and night sweats, until another patient mentioned that her hot flashes went away. I probably screamed when I said, hot flashes, I havent had any since I was adjusted, I forgot about them. If I am dreaming, please dont wake me. If I am awake I will tell everyone about Dr. Arnone and his gift of Specific Chiropractic."

"The first week of November, after working out at the gym, I experienced excruciating pain in my mid-back. I immediately went to a friends chiropractor and he located the problem (T1-2) and did an adjustment. I went back two more times - had an adjustment each time - and by the end of the week was headed to my primary care physician for pain pills. My primary sent me to two weeks of physical therapy, hoping it was a muscle strain. After two weeks of physical therapy my pain was no better. In fact, it was getting worse, with pain radiating down my arm and I began noticing weakness in my outer hand. At that point I was instructed to get a CAT-scan and then an MRI because they needed a better look at the T1-2 disc. Next stop was the neurosurgeon and it didnt take him long to determine that I had blown out a disc and he gave me 3 options: 1) surgery 2) pain management 3) do nothing, live on pain pills and see if it corrected itself. He cautioned me that waiting had its risks as I was already experiencing nerve damage in my arm and hand and if it continued could become irreversible damage. THEN, I was contacted by a friend who made me promise to get a second opinion from their Upper Cervical Spine Specialist before heading into surgery. I was leery to go to another chiropractor, but decided if I was headed to surgery, I might as well get a second opinion. Dr Arnone explained to a very skeptical ME about the specialized practice he could offer and encouraged me to have some X-Rays taken of my spine and we could then go over those results and discuss the findings. The next week my husband and I returned to Dr Arnones office and after examining my x-rays and me he was confident he could help me. He was willing to give me an adjustment right then and there. Still thinking what have I got to lose and knowing he wasnt going to adjust my back anywhere near my ruptured disc, I agreed to have the adjustment. From that moment until now (and I am still a little in awe) I have experienced NO PAIN. NO PAIN in my back and NONE of the radiating pain down my arm and into my hand. I am also not feeling the numb, tingling sensation in my outer hand. After three months of living on narcotics, seeing my lifestyle change because of my injury, seeing myself close up emotionally and socially, I am looking around thinking what happened? What happened was a simple adjustment that kept me from surgery, gave me the opportunity to throw my very dear to me pain medications away and is giving my entire spine an opportunity to correct itself from the twists and curves that are too evident on an X-ray. Dr. Arnone was my answer to prayer. I knew God would come through and He did. Thank you, Dr Arnone for pursuing this practice. I am telling everyone about you and it is amazing how many people are experiencing all types of back pain and nerve pain and think they are helpless and will have to live with it. I hope my testimony can show people that there is another way - a non-invasive way to find relief and health."
