X-Ray / MRI
If Dr Arnone finds a problem, he will send you for specialized X-rays of the Cervical Spine(Neck) and sometimes the mid and lower back as well. Depending on the findings, Dr Arnone may call for an MRI of the Cervical, Thoracic, or Lumbar Spine.
The main purposes of diagnostic imaging is to rule out any problems that would need to be sent out to another healthcare practitioner and to locate and measure any structural misalignment that may be causing your abnormal health condition(s).
We normally do not run any diagnostic imaging tests on newborns, infants, toddlers, or children under the age of 8. Our sophisticated equipment allows us to still deliver exceptional care to babies without taking films in nearly all cases.
